Epiplatys roloffi are a beautiful and underrated West African killifish that bring both color and personality to the aquarium. Their striking pattern, shimmering fins, and calm temperament make them an excellent choice for peaceful community tanks with similarly sized fish. Easy to care for and fascinating to observe, they spend much of their time near the water’s surface and will readily spawn in well-planted aquariums, making them a rewarding species for both beginning and experienced killifish enthusiasts.
