White worms are medium sized white non-parasitic worms, that lives in soil. They are similar to Grindal worms, but much larger and more substantial. Our cultures are kept at room temperature.
We keep our cultures in 6qt containers and use Miracle Gro container soil for the medium. Feed the worms every other day using whole wheat bread covered with Greek yogurt and nutritional yeast.
